Daniel Neducsin, developer, created Neducsin Properties by buying his first property on Main Street, Manayunk in 1987. Aside from developing Main Street, other acquisitions by Neducsin include an old turn-of-the-century factory building which was developed into a 94 luxury apartment complex know as the Lofts at Chimney Hill. Other properties are Lofts at Cotton Hill, private homes, and a mix of commercial rental office space. These projects continue to establish and build an infrastructure within the Manayunk community.
