Main Street and Other Rentals

Neducsin properties offer great locations in the heart and hills of Manayunk, and Main Street. Special monthly parking rates are available for many locations. Private homes are spacious, secure, with ample outdoor living space, and parking. All locations have easy access to Main Street.

All located with easy access to Main Street, and all major roadways, and public transportation. Selective locations are pet friendly. Most Main Street apartments have hardwood floors, AC, Washer & Dryer, modern kitchens, and arrangements for parking, controlled access to building and pet friendly.

Rental Terms

DEPOSITS

A $50.00 nonrefundable application fee and one month's rent as security deposit, (40% will be retained as a redecoration fee) is required at the time of an apartment reservation. If application is canceled after 72 hours, all deposits are forfeited.

MOVE IN PAYMENTS

First and last month rent are expected at time of move in, plus first and last month water.

UTILITIES

All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. All utilities must be in the Lessee name upon move in. If any utility is not in the Lessee name within 30 days, management reserves the right to have service terminated. A charge of $10.00 monthly per person will be added to your rent for water consumption.

PETS

Most pets are welcome in our buildings. The charge is $300.00 nonrefundable deposit and $25.00 per month per pet - limit 2 pets. All pets must be neutered.

Dogs: Selected properties only. Discuss with Rental Agent.

TERMINATION

After one year all leases require a 60 day written notice prior to expiration of the lease. No exceptions.

PARKING

Special courtesy rates are available at select public parking lots. Some individual homes have outdoor space and parking.
