Rental Terms

DEPOSITS

A $50.00 nonrefundable application fee and one month's rent as security deposit, (40% will be retained as a redecoration fee) is required at the time of an apartment reservation. If application is canceled after 72 hours, all deposits are forfeited.

MOVE IN PAYMENTS

First and last month rent are expected at time of move in, plus first and last month water.

UTILITIES

All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. All utilities must be in the Lessee name upon move in. If any utility is not in the Lessee name within 30 days, management reserves the right to have service terminated. A charge of $10.00 monthly per person will be added to your rent for water consumption.

PETS

Cats are the only pets welcome in our buildings. The charge is $300.00 nonrefundable deposit and $25.00 per month per cat - limit 2 cats. All cats must be neutered and declawed.

Dogs: Selected properties only. Discuss with Rental Agent.

TERMINATION

After one year all leases require a 60 day written notice prior to expiration of the lease. No exceptions.

PARKING

A special parking tag is required and must be visible at all times. Any car without a tag will be towed with no recourse. Tenant must pay towing and storage charge.
